My Generation Z stepdaughters have shown me firsthand the power that comes with self-education via the internet. Generation Z are the first true digital natives. They don’t remember a world without the internet, instantaneous access to information, and the ability to be constantly connected to the world at large. As this generation comes of age, they are adopting and embracing different social platforms than their elders.
There are moments in life where you see a shadow of the future to come. I had one of those recently when talking to my 10-year old stepdaughter. Now just being part of a non-traditional family has become a frequent occurrence for Generation Z.
